Golden trust and efficient return
On the evening of December 31st, 2024, the final day of the year, Ibrohimov, a client hailing from Kyrgyzstan, after extensive communication with our company’s sales manager, embarked on a solo flight to China. Filled with elation and placing great trust in us, he first landed in Wuhan. It was an honor for us to drive to Wuhan Tianhe Airport, where we received him and escorted him to our factory for a visit. Remarkably, the customer had prepaid the deposit prior to his arrival, a clear indication of his recognition of our professionalism and the quality of our products. At noon the following day, undeterred by the arduous journey, he visited our factory for inspection and in – depth discussions right after a simple meal. Initially, the plan was to customize a compressing garbage truck. However, during the negotiation process, we learned that due to domestic policy shifts, the customer’s order was time – sensitive, leaving little room for customized production.
