Tank Section

Material: Inner tank is 304/2B food – grade stainless steel, 3 – 4mm thick, corrosion – resistant and hygienic. Middle is 80mm (100 – 120mm in Xinjiang & NW) polyurethane foam insulation, keeping temp change within ±2 – 3℃ in 24h. Outer layer is 2mm – thick 304 stainless steel.

Structural Design: Inner tank is smooth, with arc or spherical head for easy cleaning, preventing residue. Some have anti – wave plates, welded back – to – back to reduce milk shaking.

Cleaning Device: Each compartment has CIP cleaning, including rod/ball, pipe, and rotating nozzles. External water connection enables easy inner – tank cleaning.

Function Configuration

Insulation & Refrigeration: Maintains milk freshness. Insulation plus optional fridge keeps temp around 4°C.

Loading & Unloading: Equipped with pumps, pipelines, and quick – connect joints for fast, hygienic raw – milk handling.

Safety: Tank top vent valve adjusts automatically to prevent deformation. Optional electrostatic plate and fire shield for safety.

Monitoring: Features GPS, temp sensors, and level gauges for real – time tracking.

Chassis Section

Sinotruk Howo chassis, 9100kg total mass. Powered by Weichai 130 – hp engine, 6 – speed gearbox, with AC and central locking.

Application Scenarios

Primarily for dairy industry. Transports fresh milk from pastures to plants, and distributes dairy products like yogurt, cheese, and raw materials between stores.
