Milk Tanker Trucks: Also known as fresh milk tanker trucks, milk tank trucks, liquid milk tanker trucks, liquid food tanker trucks, etc., are vehicles used to transport fresh liquid milk. For fresh milk produced by traditional methods, it has to go through many processes from the ranch to the processing factory, among which the transportation process is one of the most important.
Due to its specific properties, fresh milk is in a liquid state, prone to sedimentation and deterioration. Therefore, the transportation tool requires a tank container that is sterile, antibacterial, and does not react with the fresh milk at all. In addition, fresh milk contains a large number of bacteria. The lower temperature that restricts the activation of bacteria in fresh milk is 0°C to 1°C, and the highest temperature that completely restricts the growth of bacteria is 70°C. Therefore, after being collected, fresh milk should be promptly cooled to below 10°C to inhibit the proliferation of bacteria. However, it is inevitable that the temperature will change during long-distance transportation. Once the temperature changes, the bacteria in the milk liquid may multiply and cause the milk liquid to deteriorate. This requires that the transportation tool can not only keep warm (maintain a low temperature) but also cool down.
Configuration of the Modified Milk Tanker Truck: The structure of the tank body is divided into three layers: the thermal insulation layer protective layer, the thermal insulation layer, and the inner tank lining of the tank body.
I. The inner tank lining of the frame is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel plate. The tank body can be made into 2 to 3 compartments. The inner tank lining of the tank body is required to be smooth and free of sharp corners. Each milk compartment is equipped with a CIP (Clean-in-Place), and a cleaner is installed inside the tank.
II. The middle of the tank body is the thermal insulation layer, which has a thermal insulation effect to prevent the fresh milk from deteriorating. When there is a temperature difference of 30 degrees, the temperature change within 24 hours does not exceed 1 degree. The thermal insulation material uses 80 (mm) thick polyurethane foaming material for thermal insulation.
III. The outer layer of the tank body (the protective layer of the thermal insulation layer) is made of 2mm thick 304L stainless steel plate. The stainless steel outer skin and the trunk have a beautiful appearance. The entire vehicle has a beautiful appearance, a scientific structure, a light self-weight, and good strength.
Other configurations and optional installations of the milk tanker truck:
Each single compartment has a separate unloading port (gravity discharge port) and charging port (tank port). Optional installations include a refrigeration unit, rock wool thermal insulation, exhaust gas circulation heating, and the installation of a stainless steel pump to endow the vehicle with the suction function.
