The vehicle is built based on the JMC Shunda double-row chassis, equipped with a National VI 115-horsepower engine, matched with a five-speed gearbox, and equipped with 7.00 steel wire tires. The power output is stable, adapting to various road conditions. It is standardly equipped with an air conditioner, power steering, an oil brake system, central locking, and electric windows, taking into account both driving comfort and operational convenience. At the same time, a double-bracket design is adopted to enhance stability, and it is equipped with a multifunctional steering wheel, dual USB interfaces, combined with a 3360mm wheelbase, an aluminum alloy fuel tank, and an ABS system. The overall configuration is practical and reliable.
The cargo box size is 2580mm in length × 1950mm in width × 450mm in height. The rear part is equipped with an internationally renowned 70K anti-collision buffer module, which is composed of an on-board anti-collision buffer pad and a guiding sign frame. In the event of a rear-end collision, this module absorbs the impact energy through structural deformation, forming a buffer zone between the crashed vehicle and the construction area, effectively reducing the risk of casualties and equipment damage.
In addition, the vehicle is equipped with a high-performance hydraulic system that supports the rapid lifting and lowering of the anti-collision device. Combined with the one-key start function, it is convenient for the transfer and transportation of the equipment. When the anti-collision device is not fully in place, the system will automatically issue a warning sound to remind the operator to make timely adjustments, ensuring operational safety.
