Welding and reinforce the inner side of the vehicle’s rear axle with steel spring plates
Weld and fix the double cross beam bracket of the rear tow arm in the exact center of the rear axle.
The position of the second cross beam is on the center of the rear wheel. The lengths of the two cross beams can be cut according to the actual installation size. Pay attention to
making it horizontal when welding.
Lift the rear end of the towing arm to the highest point off the ground. (lf the reinforced transverse beam at the rear end of the rear axle blocks the lifting cylinder, a U-shaped notch needs to be cut.)
After adjusting the size of the place marked in red on the rear tow arm, weld and reinforce it.
6.The inclination angle of the articulated disc of the rear tow beam can be adjusted. (When adjusting, make it horizontal and then weld and reinforce it.
7.After opening a hole in the front left or right of the cargo box (according to the size of the control box) or put it in the cabin, install and fix the power control system.
8.After reinstalling the cargo box on the chassis, thread the oil pipe from below the cargo box and connect it according to the sequence numbers.
9.Thread the power cord from the bottom of the vehicle to the front of the vehicle and connect it to the positive power supply.
10.After carefully checking each process, turn on the switch next to the power unit box and then it can be remote operated.
11.Fill the hydraulic oil to the oil tanker.Hydraulic Oil System Operation Instructions
Hydraulic System Fault Detection & Troubleshooting Methods
1. The motor does not turn: Check the connect line correct or not.
2.Motor start, the cylinder system does not move,
(1) The oil level in the hydraulic oil box is too low. Refuel the oil to the level set by the line
(2) The type of the hydraulic oil is not correct. The oil type should meet the Instruction.
(3) The filter is blocking. Clean and replace the filter.
(4) The solenoid valve is energized or stuck valve, the hydraulic oil is unloadedfrom the solenoid valve. Check the electrical circuit or clean the solenoid valve.
3.When unloading, the cylinder does not fall or is too slow.
(1) The solenoid valve no electricity. Check the power cable.
(2) The input voltage of the solenoid valve is incorrect. Check the voltage and reach the standard value.
(3) Solenoid valve filter is blocking, remove cleaning or replacement.
4.The motor continues to work after turn off the power.
(1) The cable connect is incorrect.Check and connect the cables correctly.
(2) Start switch is burned out.Power off then check, replace the starting switch.
5.The system have big noisy.
(1) There is air in the system, continuous and repeated work several times to remove air.
(2) Do not work for a long time under pole pressure.
