1. The chassis and engine parts shall be maintained with reference to the chassis instructions of relevant models;
2. Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank before working every day. Inspection method: the bulldozer oil cylinder, scraper oil cylinder and sliding plate oil cylinder are in the fully retracted position, the filler is in the closed state, and observe that the oil level height on the oil tank should be between the upper and lower limits of the oil level. If it is not enough, it needs to be supplemented in time;
3. Under normal temperature, the anti-wear hydraulic oil is used in the hydraulic system, and the anti condensation hydraulic oil is used in the cold weather area (below 0 ℃) (note that the oil of different brands cannot be mixed together, when adding hydraulic oil to the oil tank, it must be filtered by the oil filter to ensure that the added hydraulic oil is clean and pollution-free);
4. The hydraulic oil and filter element shall be replaced three months after the new vehicle is used; the hydraulic oil and filter element shall be replaced and cleaned every six months after the new vehicle is used (replacement procedure: when replacing the hydraulic oil, the bulldozer oil cylinder, scraper oil cylinder, lifting oil cylinder and sliding plate oil cylinder shall be in full retraction state, and the drain plug of the hydraulic oil tank shall be removed to discharge the old oil completely. Remove the primary oil filter in the oil tank, and clean the primary filter, drain plug and oil tank. After cleaning or replacement, replace it, add clean oil to the oil scale, and drain the air mixed in the pipeline. During the exhaust process, the engine can be started to run at idle speed, and the oil pump can run at a slow speed to exhaust. After the replacement of hydraulic oil, make the hydraulic system run in until it works normally. At the same time, check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the seals have oil leakage, and repair in time in case of any abnormality.) ;
5. The high-pressure hose shall be replaced regularly every two years, and it shall be replaced in time in case of cracking, aging, local damage or swelling;
6. Check the oil leakage and clean condition of the hydraulic system frequently, and repair and replace the oil seal in time;
7. Lubricating grease shall be regularly applied to sliding plate, bulldozer guide rail and lubricating nipple of each rotating shaft, and the lubricating grease shall be maintained once or twice a week;
8. The oil cylinder works normally without oil leakage and does not need to be disassembled and maintained. When oil leakage or internal leakage of oil cylinder is found to be serious, the oil cylinder shall be disassembled and maintained and the sealing ring shall be replaced;
9. Check the working pressure of the hydraulic system regularly. The working pressure of the hydraulic system of this vehicle is 16MPa. By reading the pressure value on the pressure gauge near the multi-channel valve, the pressure of the hydraulic system can be determined whether it conforms to the design pressure. If the working pressure of the hydraulic system is inconsistent with the design pressure, the overflow valve on the multi-channel valve shall be adjusted to make the working pressure consistent with the design pressure.
