On the evening of December 31st, 2024, the final day of the year, Ibrohimov, a client hailing from Kyrgyzstan, after extensive communication with our company’s sales manager, embarked on a solo flight to China. Filled with elation and placing great trust in us, he first landed in Wuhan. It was an honor for us to drive to Wuhan Tianhe Airport, where we received him and escorted him to our factory for a visit.
Remarkably, the customer had prepaid the deposit prior to his arrival, a clear indication of his recognition of our professionalism and the quality of our products. At noon the following day, undeterred by the arduous journey, he visited our factory for inspection and in – depth discussions right after a simple meal. Initially, the plan was to customize a compressing garbage truck. However, during the negotiation process, we learned that due to domestic policy shifts, the customer’s order was time – sensitive, leaving little room for customized production.
Yet, this presented no obstacle for us. Our factory stands as the largest in – stock sanitation vehicle base in Central China. Thus, we invited the customer to our in – stock compressing garbage truck depot to peruse the available vehicles. On – site, technicians were immediately arranged to conduct test drives and vehicle inspections for him. The customer was thoroughly impressed with our compressing garbage truck and paid the remaining balance on the spot.
Over the next two days, after meticulous rectification and additional quality checks to ensure flawless products, we swiftly reached out to a logistics company to arrange shipping. Leveraging our network of familiar and professional freight – forwarding teams, we successfully dispatched the vehicle to the customer.
The customer’s long – distance solo expedition to China and the unwavering trust he placed in us deeply touched our hearts. We reciprocated with professional and efficient actions, delivering a satisfactory outcome for the customer!
